COFFEE HOUR SEPTEMBER 13
Hello! I hope everyone had a great summer. I am contacting everyone today because we will be starting our church coffee hour in 3 weeks. That date is September 13. What we will need in order to operate smoothly is at least 4 groups of 2 volunteers. Each group will be responsible for setup, serving and cleanup on their Sunday. I want to note that you are not required to bring food. It is your work that is needed. When we have established those groups of 2, I will post the first 4 weeks and then they will be rotated each month. We will remind those who do bring food that if the item needs heating, please bring it in a microwave dish or place it in a dish we have in the kitchen. Also please if there is any remaining, you must take it home.
